Locked out of a house, condo, office or car? Call any day, at any hour. You hear the starting price and an honest arrival estimate before a locksmith is sent.
What we take calls for
Beverly Hills is a small city with a lot of doors: estate gates north of Sunset, apartment lobbies south of Wilshire, office suites above the boulevard, and parking structures under almost everything.
Most calls start the same way. Someone is standing outside a door that will not open. The dispatcher's job is to get a locksmith there, and to tell you the starting price first.

After hours
A lockout at 2 a.m. feels different from one at noon. Streets are quiet, building staff may have gone home, and you want a straight answer about when help will come.
So you get an estimate, not a promise. Arrival depends on who is free and where they are coming from. If the estimate is longer than you can wait, the dispatcher will say so.
Safe opening
Home safes, office safes and hotel-style safes in condos lock people out more than you might think: a forgotten code, a dead battery in a keypad, a key nobody can find.
Safe opening is on the price list from $85.00. The price list is clear that a drilled safe may not be usable afterwards, so the locksmith talks through options first, starting with the least damaging.
